What is the best way to clean my Kent brush?
To maintain your brush, regularly remove loose hairs with a comb. Periodically wash the bristles in warm, soapy water, being careful not to soak the wooden handle. Rinse thoroughly and leave to air dry naturally with the bristles facing downwards, away from direct heat or sunlight.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
What is your return policy for grooming products?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on hairbrushes and combs if they are unused and in their original, sealed packaging. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.
Are Kent brushes handmade?
Many of our premium ranges, including our 'Handmade' combs and 'Heritage' brushes, are still crafted using traditional techniques and hand-finishing processes in our UK factory to ensure the highest quality standards.
